Steadier is not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support or professional advice. AI-supported responses may be inaccurate or misleading. Use your judgment and seek an appropriate qualified professional when needed.
Emergencies
Do not rely on Steadier during an emergency or where someone may be in immediate danger. Contact local emergency services and a trusted person who can help.
Age
Steadier is recommended for users aged 18 and above.
Acceptable use
Do not use Steadier to harm, threaten, exploit or impersonate another person; attempt to bypass safeguards or usage limits; extract private system information; upload unlawful content; or interfere with the service.
Your account and content
Signing in is optional. You are responsible for access to your account and device. You retain responsibility for what you submit and permit Steadier and its service providers to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Availability and changes
This is a beta service. Features may change, pause or become unavailable. Reasonable care is taken, but uninterrupted operation or a particular emotional or practical outcome cannot be guaranteed.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, Steadier and its owner are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
